Gra\u00e7a F\u00b0, is set to be officially launched at the end of 2023. Its primary objectives will be to unite communities through volleyball projects, champion the transformative power of volleyball and foster sustainable and collaborative communities. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Following the approval of the FIVB Board of Administration, the FIVB will now undertake the necessary steps to finalise the legal framework and strategic planning, before submitting the case to the Swiss Authorities for the creation of the FIVB Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>FIVB President Dr Ary S. Gra\u00e7a F\u00b0 said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am delighted to have received unanimous support from the FIVB Board of Administration to move forward with the creation of the FIVB Foundation. This represents yet another significant and innovative milestone for our sport.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough the Foundation, we will aim to connect with our 800 million strong fanbase worldwide. We believe in the power of volleyball to unite people in a peaceful and inclusive environment, where everyone can participate. Our goal is to see our sport serve the world and contribute to making it a better place.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While the existing FIVB Volleyball Empowerment and Development programmes focus on the development of national teams and National Federations all over the world, the FIVB Foundation will work with existing volleyball projects around the globe and engage partners to join the global volleyball movement.
