Gra\u00e7a F\u00b0 during its meetings this week.<\/p>\n<p>Dr Ary S. Gra\u00e7a F\u00b0\u2019s presidency has been guided by two key principles: \u201cInnovation and Opportunity!\u201d The key accomplishments highlighted, included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Introduction and implementation of world class sport presentation at FIVB events<\/li>\n<li>Creation of Volleyball World and the partnership with CVC Capital Partners<\/li>\n<li>Creation of the Athletes\u2019 Commission and Athletes\u2019 Relief Support fund during the COVID-19 pandemic<\/li>\n<li>Significant progress in good governance and transparency<\/li>\n<li>Financial stability<\/li>\n<li>Launch of the best ever Volleyball Calendar 2025-2028<\/li>\n<li>Introduction of biennial Volleyball World Championships with 32 teams per gender<\/li>\n<li>Creation of the cutting edge VNL and Beach Pro Tour annual tournaments<\/li>\n<li>Development and expansion of snow volleyball<\/li>\n<li>Significant growth across social media<\/li>\n<li>Creation of the FIVB Volleyball Foundation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><i><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-128069\" src=\"https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/ok1-225x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/ok1-225x300.png 225w, https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/ok1.png 451w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>The FIVB Board of Administration gave a standing ovation to the FIVB President at the end of the meeting<\/i><\/p>\n<p>During his opening remarks, FIVB President Dr Ary S Gra\u00e7a F\u00b0 said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything that I promised during my 2012 campaign, I have delivered! We have truly transformed the reality of our sport over the past decade. From introducing a range of innovations and professionalising our sport, to providing more opportunities to all our National Federations through our revolutionary programme of Volleyball Empowerment and Development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBack in 2012, we had only one organisation, the FIVB, the global governing body of our sport. Today, we have also added Volleyball World as the commercial arm of the FIVB and the Volleyball Foundation. From one governing body, we have grown to a three-organisationecosystem! The true volleyball trilogy!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The FIVB Board of Administration also discussed the 2023 Financial reports and listened to the presentation and proposals of the Legal Commission. Other topics included the Volleyball Empowerment and Development report as well as the Volleyball Foundation.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the Board heard reports from the Continental Confederations as well as those from the FIVB Commissions and Councils.
