The Vision focuses on empowering all stakeholders to work together to strengthen and expand the global volleyball ecosystem through these values.<\/p>\n<p>The FIVB\u2019s plan emphasises four core pillars: Professionalism, Integration, Empowerment and Mass Participation. These principles aim to make volleyball even more accessible and impactful, bringing people together, inspiring positive societal change, and ensuring a brighter future for the sport.<\/p>\n<p>After listening to National Federations and volleyball stakeholders from around the world, the Strategic Vision contains 15 key focal points of attention for the coming years.
