The two organisations expressed their commitment to strengthening their cooperation and contributing to the delivery of the FIVB Strategic Plan 2032 with the motto \u201cTogether as One\u201d empowering the Global Volleyball Movement.<\/p>\n<p>QOC President, HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al-Thani expressed his delight at Doha\u2019s hosting of the Beach Pro Tour Finals, highlighting its significant role in enhancing the sport\u2019s popularity and elevating its technical\/skill standards across all age groups throughout the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DDKMa0IsZ6P\/?igsh=a2U4aWEyZXZ5ZW5y\">https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/DDKMa0IsZ6P\/?igsh=a2U4aWEyZXZ5ZW5y<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Qatar has a strong history in the sport, particularly beach volleyball. Qatar\u2019s Cherif Younousse and Ahmed Tijan claimed bronze for Qatar at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. Doha also regularly hosts the Beach Pro Tour, and has also successfully hosted the historic 2024 WAVA U20 Women\u2019s Beach Volleyball Championship this week.
