The recognition celebrated the collaboration and dedication that helped deliver a record-breaking edition of the Games, which engaged over 5 billion people globally.<\/p>\n<p>Reflecting on the success of Paris 2024, FIVB President Fabio Azevedo said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Olympic Games in Paris were a fantastic celebration of volleyball, beach volleyball and the Olympic Movement as a whole. It was an extraordinary summer that brought the world together in the spirit of sport and unity.
