{"id":43813,"date":"2019-07-17T04:42:57","date_gmt":"2019-07-17T04:42:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/?p=43813"},"modified":"2019-07-17T04:42:57","modified_gmt":"2019-07-17T04:42:57","slug":"top-eight-begin-second-round-at-womens-u20-world-championship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/top-eight-begin-second-round-at-womens-u20-world-championship\/","title":{"rendered":"TOP EIGHT BEGIN SECOND ROUND AT WOMEN\u2019S U20 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><p>Aguascalientes, Mexico, July 15, 2019 &#8211; The top eight teams that emerged from the preliminary round are set to start the second round of the FIVB Volleyball Women\u2019s U20 World Championship on Tuesday at the host city Aguascalientes in Mexico.<\/p>\n<p>The top eight have been divided in two pools competing in a second round pool play of three days, looking to finish in the two top spots of each pool that will move into the semifinals, while third and fourth place will play for positions five to eight.<\/p>\n<p>Aguascalientes will host the second round pools that will move into the\u00a0 semifinals.<\/p>\n<p>Pool E: Italy, Russia, China, Brazil<br \/>\nPool F: Japan, Poland, United States, Turkey<\/p>\n<p>Leon, Guanajuato will also have eight teams playing with the placing matches for positions nine to sixteen:<\/p>\n<p>Pool G: Mexico, Egypt, Rwanda, Serbia<br \/>\nPool H: Peru, Cuba, Argentina, Dominican Republic<\/p>\n<p>In pool E, European champions Italy qualified to the second round undefeated brushing aside NORCECA representatives United States, Mexico and Cuba.
