{"id":53625,"date":"2020-08-09T15:26:58","date_gmt":"2020-08-09T15:26:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/?p=53625"},"modified":"2020-08-11T03:20:55","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T03:20:55","slug":"draw-ceremony-of-iran-volleyball-league-to-be-held-on-aug-10","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/asianvolleyball.net\/new\/draw-ceremony-of-iran-volleyball-league-to-be-held-on-aug-10\/","title":{"rendered":"DRAW CEREMONY OF IRAN VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE TO BE HELD ON AUG 10"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><p>Bangkok, Thailand, August 9, 2020 &#8211; The Organizing Committee of Iran Volleyball Super League recently revealed on iranvolleyball.com that the draw ceremony for the competition will be held on August 10.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony will take place at the Iran\u2019s National Olympic and Paralympic Academy in Tehran.<\/p>\n<p>The 31st edition of Iran Volleyball League will start on September 5 with stringent health protocols due to a coronavirus outbreak. A total of 12 teams have declared their readiness so far and two more teams will be added to the league.<\/p>\n<p>Shahram Azimi, Director of Competition and Events of Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation, said the clubs will have to introduce their representatives for taking part in the draw ceremony.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian Super League (ISL) is a professional volleyball league in Iran at the top of the Iranian Volleyball League system. It was founded in 1975 as the Pasargard Cup, but after the Iranian Revolution it was renamed to the First Division.
