for the 31st SEA Games have been completed up to now. It is also an opportunity to promote the image and residents of Quang Ninh to international friends when they come to the 5,000 seat gym.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The grandstands were filled with banners and propaganda slogans for the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The facilities on the grandstands are fairly new and solid and ready to welcome spectators to watch the volleyball competition at SEA Games 31.
