Article 41

Subject to the decision of the General Assembly, the AVC can set up, reduce or increase such Technical Committees as required. The Board of Administration may set up the by-laws governing such Technical Committees and Council, which shall function generally in accordance with the regulations of FIVB and AVC.

In accordance with the decision adopted at the 14th AVC General Assembly on 6th September 2001 in Bangkok of Thailand, AVC has six Technical Committees and one Council: Sports Organizing Committee, Referees Committee, Coaches Committee, Finance Committee, Development and Marketing Committee, and Beach Volley Council.

The present Statutes are adopted by General Assembly on September 26, 2003 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
