Article 2

The official languages shall be English and Arabic. All kinds of correspondence and publication shall be at least in one of the official languages. But correspondence between Arabic and non-Arabic speaking federations, an English text of translation shall be added. In case of the difference of translation, only the English text is considered to be authoritative.
