Bangkok, Thailand, April 8, 2018 – Thailand, powered by superstar spiker Pleumjit Thinkaow, Onuma Sittirak and Pimpichaya Kokram, pulled off a come-from-behind 3-2 (26-24 13-25 21-25 25-12 15-13) victory over Korea in the Korea-Thailand Pro Volleyball All-Star Super Match at the Hwaseong Indoor Arena in Korea on Sunday. The win in the away encounter was a sweet revenge for Thailand as they went down with the same margin 2-3 at home last year in the home-and-away friendly match.

This time, current world No.16 Thailand rested a few key players including hard-attacking Wilavan Apinyapong and prolific setter Nootsara Tomkom, while the Asian Games gold medallists Korea were strengthened by talented Kim Yeon-Koung.
