Strong projects can be submitted till the end of the year
The FIVB is pleased to announce that the 2024 FIVB Volleyball Empowerment and Development programmes are now open until the end of the year from 15 July to 31 December 2024.
During the Volleyball Empowerment and Development 2024 cycle, National Federations (NFs) are invited to submit new strong applications for the next Olympic Cycle in English, French or Spanish for all three support types: coach support for the development of national teams, volleyball equipment and knowledge transfer programmes. As always, multiple applications can be submitted by each NF.
New projects submitted between 15 July and 31 December 2024 will be evaluated in January 2025, with approved projects starting from February 2025 onwards.
The FIVB Volleyball Empowerment and Development programmes recently reached a significant milestone, with 1,075 approved projects across 199 NFs since its inception in 2017, and a total investment of over CHF 30 million.
At the heart of the FIVB is a commitment to transparency and the reinvestment of funds generated from the sport back into the sport. The FIVB Volleyball Empowerment and Development programmes exemplify this dedication, with significant resources channelled directly into initiatives that foster the growth and development of volleyball and beach volleyball.
