Fans to enjoy interactive space at the FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship 2025 in the Philippines
After thrilling visitors in Bangkok, Thailand, during the FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Championship, FIVB’s Volleyball Experience is making its way to the Philippines for the FIVB Men’s Volleyball World Championship 2025. The Volleyball Experience presented by SM Mall of Asia will be an interactive fan space giving fans a unique chance to connect with the sport.
Located at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall, one of two premier venues for the Men’s World Championship, the Volleyball Experience will be open to both ticket holders and the general public. Visitors can explore the space from 19 to 26 September (12:30-20:00 local time) and 27 to 28 September (11:30-18:30 local time).
Within the Volleyball Experience, participants will find a mix of exhibitions and activities designed to celebrate volleyball’s history, energy and excitement. In addition to the large number of interactive volleyball activities, the Volleyball Experience will also include team uniform exhibits and displays of iconic volleyballs from the official Men’s World Championship game ball to memorable Olympic balls from Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 from both indoor and beach disciplines.
Interactive activities will invite fans of all ages to get involved and play, with one court dedicated to children and two for adults. At selected times, one of the adult courts will be transformed into a sitting volleyball court, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the Paralympic discipline.
The space will also shine a spotlight on the sport’s top stars. Player-inspired artwork and striking LED screens will showcase key profiles of competing athletes from all over the World, including their height and highest reach in attack and block. For fans eager to challenge themselves, the spike speed challenge will measure just how powerful they can be!
The Volleyball Experience builds on the success of its presence in Thailand, where fans embraced a festival-like atmosphere of discovery and entertainment. The Philippines now takes its turn to host, with SM Mall of Asia helping to bring this unique activation to life – giving fans the chance to live and feel the sport themselves in the very same arena as their volleyball heroes.
