Volleyball Australia hosted its highly-successful Sport Development Conference 2025 at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra, bringing together key operational staff from member states around the country.
Educational coordinators, participation managers, development managers, and other sport development professionals gathered for three days of collaboration, learning and inspiration focused on shaping the future of sport participation and growth.
The conference featured dynamic sessions led by industry experts, with engaging discussions on innovative participation strategies and building inclusive sporting environments. A major highlight was the hands-on practical sessions, where attendees actively engaged in activities designed to translate theory into real-world applications.
These sessions provided participants with valuable tools and techniques to implement sustainable growth initiatives and enhance the sporting experience at all levels.
