Bangkok, Thailand, June 28, 2021 – A joint training camp for national women’s teams of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan from June 20 to 28 came to a fruitful conclusion in Cholpon-ata, Kyrgyzstan on Monday.
At the end of the intensive one-week-long training camp, Mr Husan Nasrallaev, Secretary General of Uzbekistan Volleyball Federation, called on Mr Elmurza Satybaldiev, President of Kyrgyzstan Volleyball Federation, at the AVC Central Zone Office in Bishkek on Monday.
During his visit, Nasrullaev expressed his sincere thanks to Satybaldiev for the well-organized training camp as both teams stood a chance of sharpening skills together and exchanging ideas to improve tactics and techniques for use in future competitions.
On this occasion, a Memorandum of Cooperation had been signed between the two entitles, aimed at raising awareness on a long-term cooperation, exchanging information, knowledge, as well as implementation of joint projects in the near future, and promoting sustainable development among them.
The joint training camp, on the other hand, proved to be a valuable asset as it was a great opportunity for players of both sides to meet some of the top end development players and see how they shape up against the same level of these potential players.
More interestingly, friendly matches among them during the joint training camp would offer essential techniques team players may need to know from each other. Taking part in the joint training has certainly turned rivals into allies as both teams could tune up for future international tournaments.
