Bangkok, Thailand, August 12, 2020 – The Organizing Committee of Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation has revealed on iranvolleyball.com on Tuesday that the draw ceremony for the Women’s League will be held on September 26.
Teams interested to participate in the 2020-21 season will have to announce their readiness until August 23. Earlier, the draw ceremony for the men’s competition was held on Monday at the Iran’s National Olympic and Paralympic Academy in Tehran.
The 31st edition of Iran Men’s Volleyball League will kick off on September 5 with stringent health protocols due to the coronavirus outbreak.
A total of 14 teams will take part in the new season, Shahram Azimi, IRIVF Director of Competition and Events, said.
