As the sixth President of Indonesia, Yudhoyono knows how to lead, and he has put all his expertise into developing a talented team with professionalism, teamwork and dedication at its core.
“The fans were also incredible during the men’s final. Their enthusiasm was a sight to behold, and the atmosphere in the stadium was electric thanks to their roars and the implementation of fantastic sports presentation elements! It was a beautiful moment to see how the players and fans in Indonesia have really embraced the sport and feel the passion for volleyball that we live and breathe every single day at the FIVB.”

During the finals, the Proliga became the first Indonesian national league across all sports to implement state-of-the-art video challenge technology. The league is aiming to use this technology during all league matches in future seasons.
It is the latest highlight in the Proliga’s and the National Volleyball Federation of Indonesia’s commitment to innovation and advancing volleyball in the country, with the support of the FIVB. Following the world-class standard of sports presentation introduced by the FIVB in 2014, the Proliga implemented key elements like a professional DJ, MC, lighting and sound systems to actively entertain and engage the spectators throughout the matches.
