Bangkok, Thailand, March 1, 2025 – The Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) is set to conduct the Press Conference and the Drawing of Lots for the AVC Champions League in the Ballroom on the third floor of The Grand Fourwings Hotel Bangkok on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 2pm onwards, but registration can be made from 1pm.
The media members are cordially invited to attend these two significant events. However, for their convenience in attending the Press Conference and the Drawing of Lots on March 12, the online registration system is available for all the Media Members, who have been kindly requested to feel free to click the given link below, fill the form and submit within the deadline on March 5.

AVC has unveiled the AVC Champions League in partnership with Volleyball World, a bold rebrand of the annual Asian Club Championships, with the first edition of the AVC Women’s Champions League being hosted by Philippines from March 20 to 27, 2025 and Japan organizing the first AVC Men’s Champions League between May 11 and 18, 2025. A maximum of the top 12 teams across the continent including two from the host nation will participate in the eight-day competition, vying for the top honour, the shared US$50,000 prize money and two berths to compete in the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Club World Championships later this year.
AVC President Ramon Suzara, himself FIVB Executive Vice President and President of Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF), will preside over the Press Conference and the Drawing of Lots Ceremony on the above mentioned date and place.
AVC would like to deliver its sincere gratitude for the media members’ love to the sport and their great support to the continent’s governing body. With the AVC Champions League coming up, the excitement is also building as teams get ready for the highly-anticipated competition and volleyball enthusiasts look forward to the promise of the electrifying action.
However, unless the media members can attend the Press Conference and Drawing of Lots for the AVC Champions League on March 12, they can watch live streaming of the press events via AVC YouTube (Asian Volleyball Confederation) from 2pm.
