Bangkok, Thailand, September 8, 2020 – Kyrgyzstan Volleyball Federation has converted an office building in Bishkek into a fully-facilitated meeting space and AVC Central Zone Secretary General Office with a positive work environment.
KVF President Mr Elmurza Satybaldiev has granted an office building for AVC Central Zone Volleyball Association to use on its working and coordination purposes which can help the governing body operate more effectively and harmoniously. The Association is currently chaired by Dr Mohammad Reza Davarzani, himself President of Islamic Republic of Iran Volleyball Federation, with KVF Secretary General Mr Kylych Sarbaghyshev playing a key role as Acting Secretary General.
The office building has a total space of 350 m2 and 4 office rooms with all facilities and equipment. As part of the AVC’s ongoing mission to continentally develop, advance and promote the sport apart from maintaining and growing volleyball as one of the world’s premier and entertainment sports, AVC Executive Board Members including AVC President Dr Saleh A. Bin Nasser, AVC Executive Vice Presidents Mr Essa Hamza and Madam Rita Subowo have recognised the value of this great support from KVF and its President in particular.
The AVC Executives have also expressed appreciation for the KVF’s assistance to this matter, expecting that this can lead to a stronger friendship among AVC Affiliated National Federations from the Central Zone and a more supportive work relationship with more opportunities to work together and collaborate in the future.
Designed to help all visitors feel relaxed and comfortable and have their own place for working, meeting and parking lots with small gardens, the office building has full work-place amenities including TV, phone and internet. The office building has now symbolically become home of the AVC Central Zone Volleyball Association.
“The KVF Office and the AVC Central Zone Secretary General Office are located on a different building. With the AVC Central Zone Secretary General Office being located in Kyrgyzstan, I’m upbeat this will help promote growth of volleyball including learning and training opportunities in our country as well as encourage more people in Central Zone to play volleyball. This will play a very crucial role in volleyball development in Central Zone and Asia alike,” Kylych was quoted as saying.
