The Qatar Volleyball Association is participating in the Coaches and Referees Development Program that is being held in Kuwait. The program, organized by the Olympic Council of Asia, is held in order to develop the efficiency of coaches and referees in the Asian continent.
Member of QVA Board of Directors and Head of the Referees Committee Mr Ibrahim Mohammed Al-Nama conducts the course as a lecturer, while a number of 24 candidates from West Asian countries for volleyball took part.
Qatar national coaches Ali Ishaq and Ismail Al-Sheeb participated in the coaches’ course program, while Referees Atef Al-Saadi and Mohammed Al-Khalaf took part in the Referees Program. The development program for trainers includes theoretical session and advanced practical applications in training science and technology.
