BEIJING, ZHEJIANG REMAIN UNBEATEN IN CHINESE MEN’S VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

Bangkok, Thailand, October 23, 2020 – Beijing smashed Henan 3-0 (25-17, 25-18, 25-21) and Zhejiang cruised through Guangdong 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-18) on Thursday to remain undefeated in the Chinese Men’s Volleyball Championship in Zhangzhou, xinhuanet.com reported on its news release.

Sichuan also claimed their victory after coming from behind to beat Shandong 3-1. Shandong stunned Sichuan quickly after the start of the first set with a 10-4 run and then took the first set 25-21.

However, they made more errors in the following set as Sichuan tied the game with the scintillating 25-14 win in the set. Sichuan dominated the rest of the game to take two more sets 25-23, 25-18.

Elsewhere, Jiangsu edged Fujian 3-1 (25-22, 25-14,15-25, 25-22), Shanghai beat Tianjin 3-0 (25-17, 25-16, 25-19). Yunnan suffered a three-game losing streak as they were defeated by Hubei 3-0 (25-19, 25-14, 25-13) on Thursday.
