On May 8, the newly-appointed Members of the Sports Event Commission convened to discuss the technical aspects of the upcoming championship with the host federation. Led by Ms Sarah Hessaby, Chairperson of the CAVA Sports Event Commission, the meeting engaged in constructive dialogue aimed at ensuring the seamless execution of the tournament. The feedback from attending Commission Members further enriched the discussion, paving the way for an event of the highest standard.

The championship will take place in a state-of-the-art sports complex, featuring two halls located on the first and second floors. This dual-hall setup is designed to accommodate the intense action of the matches while providing spectators with optimal viewing experiences.

In a bid to elevate the proficiency of local organizers and enhance the analytical aspects of the tournament, a VIS Course will be conducted three days prior to the competition, from May 29 to May 31. Renowned Iranian-based expert, Morteza Afjeh, will spearhead this initiative, imparting invaluable knowledge and strategies to empower the organizing team.

Of particular significance is the Boys’ event, serving as a qualifying round for the Asian Men’s U18 Volleyball Championship. Among the participating teams from Uzbekistan, Pakistan and Kazakhstan, only two will secure coveted berths in the prestigious continental championship, adding an extra layer of intensity to the proceedings.

The participating teams of two events are:
