Tehran, Iran, December 31, 2021 – Esfahan Foulad Sepahan captured 12 wins from 13 matches to emerge as the half-season winners of the Iran’s Premier League on Wednesday.
Rahman Mohammdirad, the Iranian coach of Pakistan volleyball team which participated in the 2021 Asian Senior Men’s Volleyball Championship in Japan, stood on top of the table with his team Sepahan.
In terms of statistics, 27 percent of matches resulted in straight sets.
At the half season of the Men’s Premier League, 91 matches were played, where 41 matches (equal to 45% of matches) finished 3-1 and 25.33% of matches (23 games) ended in five sets.
The statistical data analysis of the 35th edition of the Men’s Volleyball Premier League showed that 91 home matches lasted 121.5 minutes per match on average.
