World Tour Finals are now scheduled for October 6-10 in Sardinia, Italy
The FIVB has announced that the 2021 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Finals have been rescheduled for October 6-10, 2021 in Sardinia, Italy, following a joint decision by the FIVB, Volleyball World, the Italian Volleyball Federation (FIPAV), Sport e Salute and other relevant authorities.
The 2021 FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour Finals were originally scheduled for 8-12 September in Sardinia, Italy. However, following close consultation with local officials on COVID-19 restrictions, all parties have agreed to reschedule the competition to October 2021 to ensure a safe and secure event.
The FIVB is continuously monitoring the situation to ensure that all events implement the very latest health and safety protocols, while frequent assessments are made in regards to COVID-19 restrictions and international travel policies.
