FIVB INTERNATIONAL LEVEL-2 COACHES COURSE SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED IN THAILAND

Bangkok, Thailand, October 14, 2022 – After hectic five days of learning theoretical and practical parts under the close supervision of FIVB Course Instructor Mr Bojan Mirkovic from Croatia, the FIVB Level-2 Coaches Course at the FIVB Development Centre in Thailand came to a fruitful close, with all 21 candidates presented with certificates ahead of the closing on Friday.

The course started last Monday at the FIVB DC in Bangkok, with a total of 21 active candidates from Hong Kong China, Thailand, Scotland, Indonesia and Singapore including six females participating.

The objectives of the five-day workshop were for the candidates to improve their knowledge and competence so that they may gain recognition as FIVB coaches in the near future apart from exchanging ideas and experiences among them.

Theoretically, all participants learned theory of training, pedagogical aspects and planning, while practically, they also had chances of getting back on the competition court at Ramkhamhaeng Gymnasium to learn about the physical preparation, modern technical skills, how to teach skills, specialisation and universalisation, advanced game tactics and various coaching matters which provided a higher level of coaching for improved competitions.

During the course, each participant’s performance capacity was examined by FIVB Instructor Mr Bojan Mirkovic and all participants passed the exam to receive FIVB Coaches Course certificate on Friday.
