Bangkok, Thailand, June 17, 2021 – The FIVB Development Centre in Bahrain is currently organising the International Coaches Course Level 1 from June 13 to 22, with Mr Mohammed Jalal from Bahrain appointed the international lecturer.
The course via Zoom meeting has attracted 35 participants from 7 countries consisting of Algeria, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, UAE, Oman and Bahrain. Furthermore, it will be for the first time that camera live had been used to provide practical exams from the participants’ place.
The course is being held with aims of not only instructing the basic volleyball techniques, but also improving the knowledge and competence of coaches and teachers so that they may gain recognition as FIVB coaches in the near future. Moreover, the 10-day course is also aimed at presenting the most recent trends of the modern game of volleyball and exchanging ideas and experiences among participants.
