ONLINE FIVB INTERNATIONAL COACHES COURSE LEVEL-2 COMPLETED IN BAHRAIN

Bangkok, Thailand, November 2, 2021 – The Level-2 FIVB International Coaches Course in Bahrain via Zoom Meeting in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic came to a fruitful conclusion on Saturday, October 30.

The coaches course took place at the FIVB Development Centre in Bahrain from October 20 to 30, with FIVB International Coach Instructor from Sultanate of Oman Mr Shihab Aldin Ahmed, himself AVC Coaches Committee Member and the AVC EuroAsia Coaching Program Experts Group at Asian Volleyball Confederation, assisted by National Assistant Instructor Khalid Abdulla, conducting the 11-day intensive coaching skills workshop.

Thirty men and women, most of them national players, physical education teachers and coaches from local schools, universities, clubs from seven countries consisting of Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Iran, Kuwait, Oman and Afghanistan, took part in the coaches course.

At the end of the course, assessment through theoretical and practical examinations intended to measure test-takers’ knowledge, skill, aptitude and information obtained from the 11-day course were held for all 30 participants.
