THAILAND: SEEKING FIRST FINAL 4 IN NINE YEARS

The dominant force of Southeast Asia keeps on giving

Although Thailand have collected numerous medals in regional and continental competitions, their record thus far in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League has been 15th in 2018 and 12th in 2019 – though they’re looking to replicate their best ever finish in a world competition: 4th in the 2012 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix.

Keep an eye out for such huge stars as the team’s two setters, captain Nootsara Tomkom who spent the last season at home in Thailand and Pornpun Guedpard, who played this year in Japan for Toyota Auto Body Queenseis.
